Rates are provided only by quotation after your enquiry has been assessed.
Engagement letter
An engagement letter is signed before any work begins.
Agreed fees
An hourly rate, fixed fee or supplementary success fee is agreed at the outset, depending on the matter.
Opening retainer
An opening retainer is requested in accordance with the agreed engagement.
Monthly statement
You receive a monthly statement of work and time spent on your matter.
Fees are set in accordance with Article 446ter of the Belgian Judicial Code.
21% VAT is added. Disbursements and external costs are specified in the engagement letter.
