Business

Business law for entrepreneurs, SMEs and groups.

We assess the scope, stakes and documents of your matter before defining an engagement and its fees.

Your request is reviewed within 24 business hours.

Structuring your operations, securing your commitments, informing your decisions.

Act without delay

In this area, time often works against you. A few situations where every day counts:

  • A limitation period or summons deadline can extinguish your rights.
  • A protective measure (attachment) is decided urgently, before assets are dissipated.
  • A clause signed too quickly is often difficult, if not impossible, to undo.

We respond to your request within 24 business hours. Your communications are covered by professional secrecy, and the first consultation is defined in scope and deducted if a file is opened.

When to seek advice

Starting, buying, contracting for or defending a business involves choices. We translate legal issues into practical options, taking account of your activity, partners and transaction timetable.

You are structuring or transferring a business

An acquisition, disposal or new shareholder requires more than reviewing signature documents. We examine commitments, governance and risks identified in the documentation.

You are negotiating a contract or partnership

Liability, payments, exclusivity and exit terms shape the relationship. We draft or review clauses against your objectives and negotiating position.

A dispute disrupts your activity

Unpaid debt, shareholder disagreement or termination of a commercial relationship: we reconstruct events, assess evidence and consider settlement, proceedings and relevant protective measures.

Who we advise

Entrepreneurs and start-ups · SMEs · Large companies and groups

Choose the pathway that matches your project. Initial questions help us assess its scope. Where issues overlap, we bring them together in a coherent engagement rather than treating them in isolation.

Clear support, at every stage

  1. 01

    Understand the transaction

We identify the parties, objectives, existing commitments and deadlines. Available documents determine the checks and additional information needed.

  2. 02

    Set the priorities

We distinguish negotiation points, risks to address and decisions to make. Timetable, scope and fees are submitted for your agreement before any work begins.

  3. 03

    Support implementation

Drafting, negotiation, audit or proceedings follow the agreed engagement. We explain decisions requiring your input and the legal implications of the next steps.

The first useful information

Describe the project, parties and next deadline. List available contracts, constitutional documents, correspondence, invoices or acquisition materials.

Do not attach confidential documents at this stage. We will agree with you how supporting documents should be shared.
