Tax

Tax and social contributions for SMEs and directors, in Brussels and Geneva.

We assess the scope, stakes and documents of your matter before defining an engagement and its fees.

Your request is reviewed within 24 business hours.

Tax rigour as an advantage: act within the rules, defend when it matters.

Act without delay

In this area, time often works against you. A few situations where every day counts:

  • Deadlines for tax objections and appeals are short and mandatory.
  • An ongoing audit calls for a structured response from the first requests.
  • Early regularisation is better than a reassessment and its surcharges.

We respond to your request within 24 business hours. Your communications are covered by professional secrecy, and the first consultation is defined in scope and deducted if a file is opened.

When to seek advice

A tax decision affects your business, cash flow and sometimes your personal assets. We connect the figures, facts and applicable rules so you can decide on a documented basis.

You receive a letter from the authorities

An adjustment notice, inspection or assessment requires an appropriate response. We examine the notification, reasons and deadlines before identifying arguments and supporting documents.

You are preparing a business decision

Director remuneration, business organisation or a cross-border transaction: we assess tax and social contribution implications alongside your contracts and accounts.

You dispute a tax or social contribution debt

A VAT adjustment, contributions or surcharges may affect cash flow. We distinguish challenges to the amount, payment options and possible court proceedings.

Clear support, at every stage

  1. 01

    Check the facts and deadlines

We compare the decision, returns and supporting evidence. This identifies questions to clarify with you and, where needed, your accountant.

  2. 02

    Explain the options

A response, objection, regularisation or appeal: we discuss available routes, constraints and uncertainties. Scope and fees are agreed before any work begins.

  3. 03

    Prepare and follow the response

We prepare arguments and useful documents, then follow correspondence or proceedings within the agreed scope. Next steps are explained as the matter progresses.

The first useful information

Identify the tax or contribution, the date the letter arrived and its stated deadline. List available decisions, returns, statements and correspondence.

Do not attach confidential documents at this stage. We will agree with you how supporting documents should be shared.

Frequently asked questions

What is the deadline for a tax objection?

It depends on the tax, decision and notification. Provide the assessment notice and proof of notification so the applicable deadline can be checked.

What should I do after receiving an adjustment notice?

Keep the notice and its receipt date. Gather supporting documents and have the response deadline reviewed before taking a position.

How does the success fee work?

A fixed base covers the work. An additional fee linked to savings achieved may be agreed in writing. It does not replace the fixed base; the calculation is set out in the engagement letter.

How do Belgium and Switzerland differ?

Residence, place of activity and tax treaties determine the applicable framework. We identify the relevant Belgian, Swiss and cross-border rules before structuring the matter.

Which documents should I prepare?

Tax decisions, returns, accounts, contracts, income records and correspondence with the authorities. For social contributions, add statements and formal notices.
